Privacy

SimplyNaya is designed to help families reach local hospice support without completing a medical intake form. We minimize the information collected and do not ask for diagnoses or other medical details on this website.

Location and ZIP searches

We may use an approximate city, region, or postal code supplied by our hosting network to show nearby support. This does not use precise GPS and does not require browser location permission. If you enter a different ZIP code, we may count that search to understand community demand. We do not attach medical information to ZIP-search data.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website use, including visits, traffic sources, device categories and broad engagement. SimplyNaya does not send telephone numbers, private-directory access codes, medical information, exact care ZIP codes or individual provider-directory activity to Google Analytics. More detailed service activity is measured within SimplyNaya’s own restricted reporting system.

Telephone connections

SimplyNaya telephone calls are never recorded, transcribed, summarized, or stored as voicemail on SimplyNaya-controlled systems. We may retain limited operational metadata such as the territory number called, date and time, answered or missed status, ring time, connected duration, and whether backup routing was used.

Text messaging

When a caller affirmatively requests a provider-directory link, SimplyNaya uses the caller’s mobile number to send the requested one-time informational text and to administer required HELP or STOP responses. Message frequency is one requested message, plus any necessary HELP or STOP responses. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive a text is not a condition of purchasing healthcare services.

SimplyNaya does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the requested message, or when required by law. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Selected local hospice

When a local connection is active, the call is forwarded to an independent hospice serving that territory. Information you choose to share during the conversation is received by that hospice under its own privacy practices.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit medical or sensitive personal information through website fields. SimplyNaya is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice.
